Visitor center Hertenkamp Enkhuizen is located in the middle of the Wilhelminaplantsoen in Enkhuizen. It is a rich, inspiring work and learning environment for young and old with a petting zoo, nature garden, nature playground and an educational center.
The nature garden is the stage for various activities with school classes and the public; it is therefore, as it were, an open, green classroom.
We are looking for volunteers who want to study the management of the natural garden. We work in the garden according to biological principles; love for nature and green fingers are a good basis for this; You can also develop the latter with us, of course.
Together with the manager and the other volunteers, you are involved in maintaining and developing the natural garden. We offer a nice challenging position where you can have a lot of input.
Our volunteers enjoy the same treatment as the professionals.
