Single elderly woman (77) has severe scoliosis and COPD ,, first always went to a walk-in consultation hour, this is becoming increasingly difficult for her to go there. Cycling is almost impossible for her. It would be very nice if there is someone who can help her once a month (after consultation) at home with administrative things such as going through the post, looking at bills, the practical matters.
The appointment can take place according to the RIVM measures.
