De Hoge hop's daytime activities are visited daily by many clients from the Hoorn area. We are looking for volunteer drivers. You ensure that they are collected and delivered safely.
Visitors get meaningful daytime activities at Hoge Hop, which ensures that people can live at home longer and can continue to participate in society. It contributes to a sense of belonging, meaning. This prevents loneliness and relieves carers. The daytime activities of De Hoge hop can be found at the Roerdomp 2 in Hoorn.
